- Long Carry Surcharge: + 75 Ft from Truck to residence entry:
$0.45 per C/F each additional 75 FT (min $75) - C.O.D. – Cost + 15% (Min $150)
- FULL UNPACK – $ 0.75 per C/F (Min 100 cuft)
- ISF Filing $40 HHGDS Shipments – $95 Non-HHGDS Shipments
- Hi-Cube container, add $ 550.00
- Shuttle Service: $0.75 per C/F (min $350.00)
- Certificate of Insurance for Building Management Fee: $125.00
- Waiting Time/Congestion Fee: Any third party waiting time/Congestion fee at the time of pick up will be billed per outlay.
- Import Empty Return Surcharge: If your shipping line of choice indicates the empty container must be returned to another terminal than the original terminal, there might be an additional drayage charge based on the mileage.
- Incomplete Documentation Fee: $50.00

- Delivery Distance coverage is based on driving millage from company warehouse.

LCL Shipments (delivery within 100 miles of port of entry)
